The University of Buea has taken the commitment to ensure that graduates of Hope University Institute (HUI), Limbe receive the same level of training given to students of the University of Buea. Professor Ngomo Horace Manga, Vice-Chancellor of UB made this commitment during the signing of a specific agreement between UB and Hope University Institute on Wednesday, 26th June 2024 in the boardroom of the central administrative building.

The President of HUI , Professor Fonya Claudine Atabong thanked the Vice-Chancellor and his collaborators for accepting to assist HUI with human and material resources in the training of its students.

The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Mr. Mvondo Freddy from the Ministry of Higher Education.
