ASTI
The Competitive Entrance Examination into the Advanced School of Translators and Interpreters has been written. This year the Exams recorded an all time high participation of 212 candidates. 190 for Division I- Translation and 22 for Division II- Interpretation. Division II exams continues on Saturday, 18 September 2021.
It should be noted that Undergraduate Admissions into ASTI is ongoing. There is an unparalleled enthusiasm this year with the drop in the fees to 50.000FCFA. It is also worth noting that admission into the BA programmes is through the University of Buea undergraduate admissions platform and not through a competitive entrance examination.
Candidates (GCE Advanced level holders) wishing to pursue the BA in Translation or Interpretation can go to the University’s website www.ubuea.cm.
Application for admission is still open.
